Punjab Police has announced vacancies for their Telecommunication Department titled (Punjab Police Wireless Operators Jobs 2024).
In this announcement, applications are invited from eligible boys and girls of Punjab province. Punjab Police Telecommunication Department is offering career opportunities as Wireless Operators and Driver Constable.
As per this notification, Department of Telecommunication is inviting applications for the recruitment of Police Constables and Lady Police Constables as Wireless Operators and Driver Constables.
As you know that only residents of Punjab can participate in Punjab Police Recruitment. Only those who meet the requirements of the department may apply.
Eligibility criteria for this recruitment is required from applicants with Higher Secondary School Certificate (Intermediate in Science)/Diploma in Associate Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical (with 50% marks).
Physical requirements are also mandatory. Candidates in the age group of 18 to 22 years are absolutely eligible for this condition. Male candidates should be at least 5 feet 7 inches in height. Height requirement for women is 5 feet 2 inches.

Eligibility Criteria for Wireless Operator Jobs in Punjab Police
- Height: Minimum 5’ Feet and 7” Inches height are required for Male and minimum 5’ Feet and 2” Inches is required for Female candidates.
- Chest: Minimum 33X34 ½ chest is required for only male candidates.
- Qualification: Candidates should have F.Sc, ICS, DAE degree to apply.
- Age: age of the candidate should be between 18 to 22 years.
- Domicile: Candidates should have valid Domicile in any district of Punjab.
- Running Test: Male candidates have to run 1.6 Km in 7 Minutes and Female candidate have to run 1.6 Km in 10 Minutes.
Eligibility Criteria for Driver Constable Jobs in Punjab Police
- Height: Minimum 5’ Feet and 7” Inches height are required for Male and minimum 5’ Feet and 2” Inches is required for Female candidates.
- Chest: Minimum 33X34 ½ chest is required for only male candidates.
- Qualification: Candidates should have Matric degree to apply.
- Age: age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years.
- Domicile: Candidates should have valid Domicile in any district of Punjab.
- Running Test: Male candidates have to run 1.6 Km in 7 Minutes and Female candidate have to run 1.6 Km in 10 Minutes.
- Driving License and Experience: LTV driving license and 02 years driving experience required.
